Quinn Brann is a pianist, organist, and music educator originally from Buffalo, New York. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois where she is pursuing a Double Major in Piano Performance and Music Education at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. She currently studies piano under Junghwa Moon Auer and Edward Auer. Quinn holds her LRCM Degree in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, Canada, of which she received a prestigious high rating of First Class Honors. She has performed at a variety of concert venues, including two performances at Carnegie Hall in 2019 for the Royal Conservatory’s Northeast Celebration of Excellence and New York Celebration of Excellence. She made her orchestral debut in early 2021 at age 17 with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra at Kleinhans Music Hall, where she has also had the opportunity to perform solo repertoire at BPO pre-concerts with the Mary Handley Piano Studio. She has performed in masterclasses with world-renowned pianists such as Peter Bithell, Kevin Kenner, Konrad Skolarski, Fei Fei Dong, and Jeongwon Ham. Quinn has also played concerts with the Amherst Symphony Orchestra. She has won several prizes at piano competitions throughout the United States and Canada. Their other interests include watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and going to concerts.
